Qualifying Education Audits
TREC has established compliance guidelines for Qualifying Education (QE) providers. To help with our compliance efforts, members of the Texas REALTORS® Core Course Auditors subcommittee will periodically attend GRI and TACS classes to review course administration policies and procedures. This audit does not for involve a review of the instructor.

The Dispatch is now available through your member portal or the Instructor Resources Page in the Instructor and Course Information section.

Content Development Opportunity
Texas REALTORS® is currently seeking proposals for updated GRI Buyer & Seller Services course content. If you are interested in submitting a proposal complete the official Request for Proposal (RFP) document, which includes all relevant details, including project scope, timeline, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria. All submission due dates are listed in the RFP. You can also find this information on our Instructor Resources page on our website.
Instructor Evaluations
Instructor evaluations are now available through the Texas REALTORS® Membership Portal or the instructor resources page for non-REALTOR® member instructors. Login and select the Instructor Evaluations tile. You can sort evaluation results by name or rating and search evaluation results by instructor, class, date, or location.
One Use Only
While the instructor evaluation form looks generic, each evaluation link is unique to that class. Only use the evaluation link for the class in which the link was generated.

May Broadcast Calendar
There are open dates on the broadcast calendar for May. To see the open dates click here. Submit your request to have a class added to the broadcast calendar here. Classes are added to the calendar in the order requests are received. Requests for the third quarter are also being accepted.

April is Fair Housing Month and there’s some free and low-cost CE available to offer your members. Texas REALTORS® is pleased to offer these three classes related to fair-housing topics. The courses are now available for scheduling through your broadcast calendar page in EdConnect.
