Course evaluations
Instructor and course evaluations are now available through the Texas REALTORS® website. Login and select the Instructor Evaluations tile. You can sort evaluation results by name or rating and search evaluation results by instructor, class, or location.

The Dispatch
We are updating the Dispatch delivery method to bring more consistency to the process. Soon Dispatch access will be through the Texas REALTORS® website via a portal tile and we will notify you when the update is completed.
Instructor Evaluations
Instructor evaluations are now available through the Texas REALTORS® website on the Instructor Resources page. Login to access the Instructor Resources page and scroll to the Instructor Evaluation section. You can search for evaluation results by instructor, class, or location.

2025 Conference Speakers
The deadline for submitting conference speaker requests is Friday, March 28. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: AI, contracts, water issues, financial/mental wellness, agent/broker expectations, MUDS/PIDS/PUDS, and HOA reform. Use this Speaker Submission Form to submit your topic for consideration.

Fair Housing Classes
Want to offer free and low-cost CE to your members? Thanks to an NAR grant, Texas REALTORS® is pleased to offer these three classes related to fair-housing topics. The courses are now available for scheduling through your broadcast calendar page in EdConnect.

Fair Housing Classes
Texas REALTORS® will offer Fair Housing CE classes on April 24th, 25th, and May 7, 2025. The April 24th and May 7th classes are free. The April 25th class, NAR Bias Override will have a fee of $10 per person. To add these classes select them from the broadcast calendar.

For the March 11 subscription please share the following instructions with all those using your link connections. “After signing into the class, rename yourself with the association abbreviation and then your name.”
Fair Housing
Texas REALTORS® received a NAR grant and will offer Fair Housing CE classes on April 24th and 25th. On April 24th there will be a one-hour session on Texas Fair Housing policies and practices facilitated by the Texas Workforce Commission from 10am to 11am. On the 25th the NAR Bias Override class will be offered. The Bias Override class will have a nominal fee of $10 per person. Contact Gregory Lang for more information and to offer the classes to you members.

2025 Texas REALTORS® Conference
We are currently accepting speaker requests for our 2025 Texas REALTOR® Shaping Texas Conference, August 21-24, 2025, in Houston, Texas. This is the Texas real estate event of the year and brings together a diverse group of real estate professionals from the national, state, and local levels. Topics of interest include but are not limited to AI, contracts, PIDS, financial/mental wellness, agent/broker expectations, insurance, and HOA reform. For consideration, please use the following Speaker Submission Form to provide information regarding your areas of focus.
2025 Broadcast Calendar
Are you looking for a teaching opportunity? There are open dates on the broadcast calendar for April. Click here to see the open April dates. Also, requests for the third quarter are now being accepted. Submit your request to have a course added to the broadcast calendar here. Broadcast classes may be scheduled for three days each month with multiple classes on a given day if available. Classes are added to the calendar in the order requests are received.
