Reminder: Instructor-Course Search
The current instructor course search through the Texas REALTORS® website will no longer be available effective Monday, March 3. Please start using the EdConnect Course Report instead.

New Courses Report
The Courses Report is now available In EdConnect. Log into EdConnect, select Reports, EdConnect, then Courses. The Courses Report is searchable and displays relevant course information like course title, number, hours, per person fees, expiration date, and more. This report replaces the website instructor course search. The key difference is that you cannot search for all the classes an instructor can teach. You’ll need to retrieve that information directly from the instructor.

Retiring Instructor-Course Search
The current instructor course search through the Texas REALTORS® website will no longer be available effective Monday, March 3. Please start using the Course Report instead.

Class Settings
At this time, course hosts (the entity that added the class in EdConnect) are the only ones who can update class settings. This means that instructors are not able to add their Zoom links to classes that aren't scheduled through the subscription program or the broadcast calendar. We're working to resolve this issue and will let you know when we have a solution.

My Classes Report
We have requested all 2024 classes with zero attendees be removed from the My Classes Report. To access 2025 classes, click the arrow in the Date column. This will display classes in descending date order starting with the latest scheduled class date.

RLI Course
Have members interested in land education? Encourage them to join the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) for the Subdivision Land Development course which is designed for real estate professionals looking to gain understanding and a competitive edge in the land sector. Your members can Register Here

Classes Processing Status
We are aware of the “Pending and Failed” class processing issue and are working to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. If a class does not show completed within two days of submission email education@teasrealtors.com

Course Completion Certificates
While issuing completion certificates is required by TREC, they're actually not needed as course credit is posted directly to attendee education records. Please tell students to check their TREC record three days after course completion for notice of whether or not they passed. We're working to make completion certificates available and, also, supply email notifications to attendees regarding their passing or failing of a class. We will let you know when those initiatives are implemented.

2025 First Quarter
The 2025 first quarter broadcast calendar is now closed. Also, the Broadcast Instructor Request Form has been updated to include the course number and the course title.

2025 Contract Classes
When submitting a contact compliant course, TREC is now requesting a copy of the blank form(s) used in the class. To download blank form(s), click here.

Available Courses
To see an aggregate list of your approved classes, pull them from the instructor-course search. The new tool will not list all of your courses for you.

New SRS Material
Recently released SRS version 7 material, is now available through the instructor fileshare.
