2025 Agreement Correction
The automation of co-sponsorship agreements is taking longer than anticipated. Therefore, the 2025 co-sponsorship agreement will be sent via DocuSign beginning December 2. There have been no substantive changes in the agreement. We will not, however, invoice and collect payment from you as before for the Service Level Agreement and/or Subscription program fees after we receive the agreement. All invoices and payments will be tracked through the new system.

A Point of Clarity
Working with a local association to process classes was mentioned as a possible cost-saving measure until Texas REALTORS® could determine what type of pricing options could be made available to instructors.  The new platform has preset pricing options, which does not allow for the unique prepaid package we had for instructors. Using a local association as a course administrator was only a suggestion and not a requirement or change in support of our instructors. Texas REALTORS® is focused on being your education provider and  partnering with you to enhance the teaching experience.

Go Forth and Teach
If you’re looking for content to teach, consider Code of Ethics classes. Approximately 68,000 members need to complete this training by December 31 to remain active REALTORS®. To see the instructor qualifications, visit the Texas REALTORS® instructor resources page. As a reminder, Texas REALTORS® will not access a fee for you to host any of our TREC-approved Code of Ethics courses scheduled outside of the broadcast calendar.
