Required Instructor Training: Contracts
Texas REALTORS® has established new requirements for instructors teaching contract courses through the Texas REALTORS® provider. Moving forward, instructors who teach residential contracts will be required to attend a contracts class taught by a Senior Instructor before they are approved to teach a contracts class. Join us on Thursday, November 20, or Tuesday, December 2, for the initial Instructor Contract Training to qualify instructors to teach residential contract classes. Each session is scheduled from 9am – 12pm, however the full time-block may not be needed. This session will address known issues and highlight best practices for teaching contracts. To register for the November 20 session click here. For December 2 click here.

Click here to see contract instructor eligibility requirements.

Please note that during the training, we will only allow questions via Chat in an effort to build our FAQ database. To submit any questions about the new requirements or any contract questions to be discussed during the meeting, email education@texasrealtors.com
