If you’re looking for content to teach, consider Code of Ethics classes. Roughly 93,000 members need to complete this training by December 31 to remain active REALTORS®. To see the instructor qualifications, visit the Texas REALTORS® instructor resources page. As a reminder, Texas REALTORS® will not access a fee for you to host any of our TREC-approved Code of Ethics courses scheduled outside of the broadcast calendar.

Nominations for the 2024 Texas REALTORS® Awards are available to submit. Please consider completing the appropriate nomination forms before the December 2 deadline. Winners will be recognized at the Awards Luncheon at the Texas REALTORS® Winter Meeting.

The 2025 instructor agreement will be sent soon. We’re waiting to utilize our new education platform, which has been slightly delayed. We will notify you when the agreement is sent.

There’s Still Time!
It’s not too late to host the free Housing Sustainability courses. There are three CE classes that you can offer for free to your members October 7-9, 1pm - 3pm Central Time via Zoom. Click here to see more information on the speakers and content of the Sustainability CE classes. If you would like to host these classes, email education@texasrealtors.com, and we will add the classes to our website and promote your association statewide as a host of these courses.
2025 Agreements
The 2025 co-sponsorship agreement and subscription agreement will combined into one form this year and we’ll distribute it soon. We’re planning to utilize our new education platform for distribution and record-keeping, but deployment of the new platform has been slightly delayed. We will notify you when the agreement is sent. Please reach out to education@texasrealtors.com with any questions regarding the new agreement.
Home Stretch
Only 36% of Texas REALTORS® have completed the Code of Ethics requirement for Cycle 7, which is required by December 31, 2024. Use the Code of Ethics report instructions to identify your members who still need to take COE training.
